Anything you send us - ideas, suggestions, or other material - may be used by Themis without compensation or restriction.

Please do not:

upload malware, bots, or spam;
hack, scrape, or overload the Site;
impersonate anyone;
use the Site for commercial gain without our consent.
6 AI Content & Third‑Party Links
The Site may show AI‑generated text or link to external sites. We do not control external pages and we do not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of AI output. Use at your own risk.
7 Privacy, Cookies & Communications
We collect and use personal data as described in the Cookie Policy (Section 18) and our separate Privacy Policy. By giving us your email or phone number, you agree we may contact you about the Site. Marketing messages are optional, and you can opt out anytime.

where it appears on the Site,

10 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that it is error‑free, secure, or will meet your needs. Downloading anything is at your own risk.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Themis and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for more than CAD $100 total, no matter the theory of liability.
12 Indemnity
If your use of the Site causes us legal trouble, you agree to defend and indemnify Themis and its team.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under Ontario’s Arbitration Act, 1991, on an individual (non‑class) basis. If arbitration is found unenforceable, the courts of Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
14 Export & Sanctions
You agree not to use the Site in violation of Canadian, U.S., or other export‑control or sanctions laws.
15 Termination & Survival
We may suspend or end your access at any time. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity, and Dispute Resolution survive termination.
16 Entire Agreement & Assignment
These Terms, plus the Privacy and Cookie Policies, are our entire agreement. We may assign our rights; you may not. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
